This website is operated by Capybara Cafe Inc. for our upcoming Pigeon Forge, Tennessee location. You can reach us through the contact form.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into our forms:
- Waitlist: your first name and email address.
- Employment application: your name, email, optional phone number, and what you write about your experience and interests.
- Volunteer signup: your name, email, optional phone number, and what you write about yourself.
- Contact form: your name, email, and message.
This site does not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or cookies. Form submissions are delivered to us by email.
How we use it
- Waitlist emails are used to tell you about our opening and when booking becomes available.
- Employment and volunteer submissions are used to consider you for roles and to contact you about them.
- Contact messages are used to reply to you.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Phone numbers you provide are used only to contact you about your application or inquiry.
Unsubscribing and removal
Want off the waitlist, or want an application withdrawn and deleted? Send us a request through the contact form using the email address you signed up with and we will take care of it.
Changes
If our practices change, for example when online booking launches, this page will be updated before those changes take effect.
